I found myself watching the repeat of the Eurovision 2006 contest over the weekend and I couldn't help but wondering - will the joke ever end? Some of the contestants were seriously horrible - bad Europop, bad folk, and even worse attempts at singing in English. Nevertheless, some of them are pretty funny, so I thought they could be shared. Enjoy.
Croatia

This isn't the actual clip from Eurovision, but rather another rendition of the same song by the same artist. If this is Croatian folk at its best, I don't want to know.
Armenia
An excellent example of an attempt to sing in English when it simply shouldn't be done.
Romania
I had forgotten how rampant Eurodance was in Europe even today. I thought it was a nineties thing, but nevertheless, it still seems like a vibrant sub-culture, as can be seen in the Romanian contestant here.
Yet I can't help but think - why didn't they enter Ozone's Numa Numa into Eurovision?
