Indieblockedappella?

I've never been that interested in a cappella bands, partially because I'm still not 100% sure on the word itself. But, since a few of my friends are, I've sort of given them a little bit of a chance. Then again, you can never be quite sure about what can come from this genre, since basically anyone with a voicebox and a microphone can churn their own stuff. Which, it seems, has happened with Indieblockedappella, the acappella efforts of what seems like two college dropouts/art students (same thing right?) in recreating indie and pop songs in the ancient form of a cappella. They cover everything from the Futureheads to Relient K, to Switchfoot to The Boy Least Likely To. They even cover Seven Nation Army by the White Stripes, though yeah make up your own mind about that one.
Check out their site here and their Myspace here.
