The collage so far...
Until now, the only way to hear new songs from the Rapture has been the occasional appearance of their first single Get Myself Into It on the web and on Triple J or your indie radio station of choice. Until now.
The band have set up a website called piecesofthepeoplewelove, and, taking this quite literally, have called upon the band's fans and passersby to upload pictures of themselves onto the website, which are then processed and placed into a collage, a silhuoette of the band it seems. Of course, those who do it do not remain unrewarded - upon uploading your photo, you will be given access to another four tracks to stream on the same site.
Unfortunately the tracks are all one minute samples, but it's a little more of a look into what the new album will be like and so far it's sounding pretty damn good. Check it out.
