Muse release Knights of Cydonia music video
July 19th 2006 03:45
Finally, the thing that we've all been (or at least I've been) waiting for - the music video for Muse's new single, Knights of Cydonia. The song had some elements of Western music, as if it would fit straight into Kill Bill Volume 2, and thus it seems fitting that the video follows suit. Like Quentin Tarantino's last film, the video is a Western with a twist, with a mix of various Japanese fighting styles - an obvious homage to the film - and various scenes within the video in which the band appear as a hologram within a burlesque. This is definitely their best video to date, but then again their past ones haven't exactly been great - what the hell was the Supermassive Black Hole video? Anyways, enjoy.
