Reel Big Fish


Reel Big Fish, that crazy 3rd Wave ska-punk band everyone has come to know and love through their music and the movie Baseketball, has announced a 3-disc live album and DVD set. The collection, title Our Live Album is Better Than Your Live Album, will be released digitall on July 18th, and in stores on August 1st. This may indeed be very interesting, though of late their music hasn't been as good as the classics - nothing will ever beat their Take Me On cover, or that famous and glorious song Beer. Their last album, We're Not Happy Until You're Not Happy was rather bland and standard compared to their previous releases, but I am definitely looking forward to their live set.

Reggae
I am surprised this band is still going. There was a time and place for a band like this, but they didn't have enough appeal for any longevity in my opinion.

Yeah I agree with you Glen, they've had their relative time in the sun and really there isn't much chance that they'll come out with anything really worth buying. Then again, maybe we all need to be as easy to please as Cibby!
